Delete Account & Data

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to thehvacnurse@gmail.comfrom the email address registered to your account.
  2. Include the subject: "Account deletion request".
  3. In the body, state your name and the email of your account so we can identify you.
  4. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Your profile, diagnoses, clients, contacts, invoices, reports, appointments and generated videos.

Data that is kept (temporarily)

Administrative and billing records may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Payment data

Card information is processed by Wix Payments and not stored by us; deleting your account does not affect the payment provider's records.

If you only want to delete some data (without deleting the full account), state this in your email and we will delete only the requested data.
