By using HVAC Diagnostics you agree to these terms. The App is an AI diagnostic assistance tool for professional HVAC technicians.

1. Professional Use

The App is intended for HVAC technicians and professionals. You are responsible for using the suggestions and verifying them with field tests before any repair.

2. No Warranty

AI suggestions are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness. They do not replace manufacturer documentation, local codes, or a licensed professional's judgment.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The HVAC Nurse LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the App or generated suggestions.

4. Your Account & Data

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of data you enter. Each user only manages their own records.

5. Payments

If you enable paid plans, charges are processed via Base44 Payments (Wix). Refunds follow the payment platform's policies.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and the App at any time. Materially relevant changes will be communicated within the App.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to The HVAC Nurse LLC in its operating jurisdiction.
